Two U.S. Marshals are sent to investigate the suspected criminal activities taking place in an insane asylum in Massachusetts. In this movie watch as things take a horrifying turn for the worse when they uncover a series of inhumane experiments, reminiscent of the eugenics programs run by the Nazi’s. As they search to uncover the true purpose of the hospital, an even stranger secret will unfold for one of the unsuspecting agents.
